"We want to give a voice!" Three thousand citizens of Belarus could not take part in the elections on the site in Moscow
Subscribe to our YouTube on August 9, the presidential elections were held in Belarus. The polling station was organized under the embassy of the republic in Moscow. Several thousand people came to vote. Some had to stand in line for seven to eight hours. Observers warned in advance that there would be a lot of people who wanted to vote, but only three voting cabs worked at the embassy, and no more than 300 voters could give their vote in an hour. At 20:00, the embassy closed, and more than three thousand people remained on the street, according to observers, who did not manage to vote. They showed their passports to show that they were not “purchased” and not “provocateurs”, but ordinary people who want to cast their vote. For some time, people stood on the street in front of the embassy, chanting: “We want to give a voice”, “Lukashenko, leave”, “Belarus” and “Changes”. Then the police pushed them from the embassy. No one was detained.
