The Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Barnaul drew up a protocol for a communist for shooting a video against amendments to the Constitution for the channel of the regional branch of the Communist Party. A copy of the protocol was published in the group of the regional committee in social networks.
The video was shooting on June 20 in a Hyde Park on Freedom Square, it was published in Yetube the next day. In the video, about 15 people in red medical masks, standing in several rows, chanted against the backdrop of red smoke: "On July 1, we vote against Putin's amendments."
Fayers used by the Communists “could lead to the smoking of the territory of the Hood Park, <..> which also entailed a violation of public order,” the protocol said. The Yurkin drew up a protocol on violation of the rules of the rally (part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In the Altai regional committee, the Communist Party insists that there was no mass event, and Yurkin was one of the participants in the filming.
