The court rejected the complaint against the forced isolation of the Open Russia coordinator

The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Khabarovsk dismissed a complaint about the forced isolation of Open Russia coordinator Denis Ibragimov. This was reported by MBKh Media with reference to Vitaliy Tykhta, a lawyer from Pravozashchita Otkrytka.

The court recognized as legal the decision of the chief state sanitary doctor for the Khabarovsk Territory, Tatyana Zaitseva, according to which Ibragimov was placed in an observatory.

As the publication clarifies, at the hearing, among the case materials, they found a letter from the FSB to Rospotrebnadzor about Ibragimov's alleged contact with patients with coronavirus. In the same document, the security forces noted that Ibragimov was a member of Open Russia.
