The Central District Court of Novosibirsk found local resident Ekaterina Kokusheva guilty under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in the wake of the action of solidarity with the Khabarovsk Territory, which took place on July 18.
