On August 13, the criminal case against Ziyavudin Abdulkhalikov, who was accused of occupying the highest position in the criminal hierarchy, began in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The representative of the state prosecution by Nazif Alistanova announced the indictment, which first gives a reference to the verdict of Abdulkhalikov 2015 for the illegal turnover of drugs. So, on August 11 of last year, Abdulkhalikov, by preliminary agreement with Shamil Magomedov, organized a thieves' gathering in the Ulyuchai restaurant of the Derbent district, in which, in the presence of previously convicted and criminally oriented persons, he decided to appoint M. Majidov (Tamach) to the lower level of the criminal hierarchy. He had to control the observance of the prevailing criminal traditions, as well as to follow the instructions of persons occupying a higher status.

The defendant did not admit his guilt. His lawyer Konstantin Mudunov believes that the whole charge is built on the falsified results of operational-search activities and is expressed in conflicting and mutually exclusive formulations.

The verdict of the Caspian City Court of 5.03.2015 Abdulkhalikov was convicted for a year and a half and released from the courtroom, since by this time he had already served this period during the investigation. The lawyer noted that in the presence of a dangerous relapse, this is not his first criminal record, he could not get such a short time. In reality, he was threatened with 4-5 years in prison. Mudunov believes that the drugs were thrown away, which is why the prosecutor’s office did not even appeal this sentence, and the opened forgery by the employees of the UUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Dagestan forced the court forced the court to go to an unspoken and agreed prosecutor, offering Abdulkhalikov the indicated punishment and release from the courtroom in exchange for no longer promoted this topic.
