The “testimony” of these two, as well as the rest of the classified false witnesses, are in its pure form compilation of the reports of operatives. If we compare them with the interrogations of the operatives of Ibragimov , Stibekov and Biyarslavov , as well as with their “review certificates”, we can conclude that our false witnesses first memorized them by heart, and then with tongue twisters they retold on interrogations to the investigator Televov .

This option is also possible: the majority of classified false witnesses are the transforming opera Salman Ibrahimov .

In the interrogations carried out by TV, there are crown phrases that false witnesses repeat almost word for word. These phrases are very specific, very reminiscent of operational reports.

It is hard to imagine that they came to your word in the head of many people unfamiliar with each other. Especially when you see that they were the first to utter the employees of the UUR of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Dagestan.

For example, M. M. is expressed, for example, “Part of the money entering the accounts of charitable foundations was distributed to the needs of the participants in the caliphate, namely, the purchase of uniform uniforms, equipment, radio and ammunition, and the other was used for the needs of the charity funds themselves for the acquisition of housing, real estate, cars, etc.”

And this is Saifula Makhachev (find ten differences): “They deceived people under the guise of charity. Part of the proceeds was used to finance the terrorist organization of the IS for the purchase of uniform uniforms, equipment, walkie -talkies and ammunition, and the other part was used for personal needs, namely for the purchase of cars, housing and other real estate. ”

In general, in two interrogations, this phrase is found about ten times. Also, many times in their “testimony” repeat the “witnesses” of Papushin , Bagandov and three operatives mentioned above.

We laughed at Magomed’s answer for a long time. Unable to stand it, the investigator himself joined us. Between us, he is very angry with operatives who substitute him with his meager fantasy.

“ Akhmednabiev, along with Rizvanov , Gasanov , Tambiev and Gadzhiev, needed the support of the Islamic State terrorists, since the parishioners expressed dissatisfaction and asked them questions about where they came from real estate, cars and other objects if they did not work anywhere.

In this regard, Akhmednabiev, supporting the activities of the participants in the Islamic State terrorist organization, provided them with a certain part of the funds from charitable foundations and enjoyed their protection and patronage.

After that, no one could tell Akhmednabiev in the face that he was a fraudster, and he, with his friends, Rizvanov, Gasanov, Tambiev, Hajiyev and other persons, continued to use the money received by fraud in charity funds for personal needs. ” The end of Magomed's answer.

The tricks of the investigation

This operational nonsense put the investigator before the following question: how to explain where “funds used by fraudulently for personal needs” have gone? In the search for numerous cars, housing and other real estate, ”Nadir Televov made an appropriate request and calculated all the property registered for us and our relatives.

The results of the investigator, obviously, were upset: for example, I did not have a single car and no real estate. Without thinking twice, the TVs arrested a section of my father, on which I at the age of 10 a pass of calves and planted watermelons, indicating that he was acquired as a result of my criminal activity. The same fate befell the property of relatives of Kemal and Abubakar, who belonged to them before the birth of the latter.

“Somehow still unconvincing,” the investigator thought apparently, “ not original.” And then he dawned on him. According to the materials of the investigation, a two -story house on the shore of Seerra (Tver Region) turned out to be registered on the defendants and their relatives. How is Abubakar Rizvanov, sitting in a pre -trial detention center and giving the investigator his passport, managed to register this housing?

“I myself am surprised,” TV told us. It was still said that this house was listed as my parents, Abubakar, his parents and relatives. Now we have read that there are dozens of people from among the relatives of Akhmednabiev and Karim Aliyev.

Apparently, the investigation was going to resolve two dilemmas at once with this focus: to show how we launder the stolen money, and to prove the connection of people who never met with each other and did not have any common affairs. Apparently, such tricks are successful in courts.

The “draft” conducted a small investigation and revealed that the house on the shore of Seger, unfortunately, did not even belong to the papers. The investigation simply fabricated this fact and once again put itself on the laughing stock.

The best investigator of Russia was not at a loss, and another classified “False Academy of Vladimir Sergeyev ” appeared in the case, interrogated on March 22, 2020 and told the next heartbreaking history ...

“Tentatively in 2013 in a mosque located on the street. Kotrova G. Makhachkala, during one of the lectures of Abu Umar Savitlinsky, he had a conflict with a parishioner. The parishioner asked Abu Umar Savitlinsky, where he was going to go to the money entering charity funds, and demanded to report on the funds received and spent.

Abu Umar could not answer him anything intelligible, and at that time Abubakar, Abdulmumin and Roma, who were present with him, stood up for him. Then they left the mosque together and left. This conflict was discussed in the mosque for several days, and the parishioners began to say that Abu Umar is a swindler and a fraudster who plays on the religious feelings of people and thereby earning money.

During his performances with him were the head of the recording studio "Hud Media" named Karim, as well as his brother Abubakar, Abdulmumin and Roma.

Abu Umar pointed to Abubakar and Karim and thereby said that these were the brothers who helped him open the Ansar charity fund, after which he introduced us to Abdulmumin and said that it was a brother who illuminates the activities of the Ansar charity foundation. And he presented Roma as a brother who performs various kinds of instructions related to the advertisement of the Ansar Foundation.

My answer to Vladimir

1. With Abubakar Rizvanov, I met in the court of the court on June 16, 2019.

2. About Rovshan Aliyev (Roma) I know only from the materials of the criminal case. The co -founder of Ansara Abubakar Rizvanov does not know such a person and says that he had never had to do with the fund.

We came to the conclusion that Rovshan was stuffed into this matter due to two facts from his biography:

-He was engaged in some kind of personal charitable collection;

- The brother of his wife - Shamil Kadyrov - drove for him to Istanbul Porcshe Cayenne. Shamil was detained from a terrorist article, and detained and knocked out the testimony ... Salman Ibragimov.

Rovshan Aliyev himself - a citizen of Azerbaijan - was questioned at the request of TVvov by Azerbaijani law enforcement officers.

He was interrogated without torture and secrets, and under his own name he said that he was not familiar with Abu Umar Saitlinsky and knows nothing about the Ansar fund.

I suspect that if you spend a confrontation between these folilers that are classified, Salman Ibragimov will have to jump from one chair to another and talking to himself.
