On August 10, the retired commander of the Death Squadron commander commanded the beating and detentions in Minsk.

When the first light -school grenade exploded in the center of Minsk on the day of elections, I thought: “Just like when Pavlichenko commanded ...” The next day, the same Pavlichenko, for 11 years as a retired, commanded Minsk residents and detention. 14 years have passed between the explosions of those grenades.

March 25, 2006 was the sixth day after the next Lukashenkovo ​​elections. By that time, the Minsk residents managed to hold a long -term rally on Oktyabrskaya Square, install a tent town there and hold out for several days. On the fifth day at night, the tents were defeated, hundreds of protesters who were there arrested and placed in the IVS on the street of the surroundings. And on Saturday, March 25, many thousands of citizens gathered for a rally and decided to go to the Square - demand the release of the arrested.

At the beginning of Dzerzhinsky Avenue, the Structure blocked the road. It was a special forces of the internal troops - the military unit 3214. Before the system with several officers, the commander of that part Dmitry Pavlichenko personally stood - the personality paradoxically known in Belarusian society. It was he who commanded the dispersal of the action. He ordered to blow up light -school grenades and use gas.

After that, there were many protests in Minsk, but no one applied grenades for 14 years.

They used it - and it turned out right away that it was Pavlichenko's retiree to command.

It is unlikely that in the world there is some other country where everyone knows what the name commander of the special forces brigade is. (Maybe somewhere in Africa, but in Europe-definitely not). And in Belarus they know, because it was Dmitry Pavlichenko who is suspected of creating a “death squadron”, which destroyed Alexander Lukashenko in 1999–2000. More precisely, in the implementation of orders that the then head of the Security Council Viktor Sheiman and Minister of the Interior Yuri Sivakov gave.

The former Minister of the Interior, the charismatic police general Yuri Zakharenko , was stolen on May 7, 1999. In the evening, he put the car on the parking lot and called his wife, but did not return home. Nobody saw him anymore.

On September 16 of the same year, late in the evening, the former head of the Central Election Commission Viktor Gonchar, along with his friend Anatoly Krasovsky , left the bathhouse and got into the car. No one has seen a potter, nor Krasovsky, nor the car. In the courtyard, where Krasovsky’s car was parked, they found fragments of windshield and blood, which was identified as the blood of Victor Gonchar. And on July 7, 2000, on the way to the airport, the operator Dmitry Zavadsky disappeared, whose car mysteriously reached the airport without a driver and without fingerprints. Dmitry himself was never found.

The police were honestly engaged in the search. And in November 2000, the head of the criminal police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Nikolai Lopatik filed a report to the new Minister Vladimir Naumov:

The next day, Dmitry Pavlichenko was detained and placed in the KGB pre -trial detention center.

There were no documents, there were only rumors. They said that he was released by personal order of Alexander Lukashenko. Right from the pre -trial detention center, Pavlichenko returned to the service.

In 2004, Yuri Sivakov was no longer the Minister of the Interior, but was the Minister of Sports. And he had to head the Belarusian delegation at the Olympics in Athens. But Sivakov was not allowed to Greece. They refused a visa, because by that time he - along with Pavlichenko and Sheiman - became forever unaware to Europe as one of the cartridges of the “death squadron”. It was on his orders, as follows from the report of the head of the pre -trial detention center No. 1 Oleg Alkayev, on the eve of the disappearance of Zakharenko, Gonchar and Krasovsky, a shot pistol was issued. In general, Sivakov was not allowed into Athens.

And at the same time, the Russian Orthodox Church awarded Dmitry Pavlichenko the Order of the Holy Equal -to -the -Apostles Prince Vladimir. The Belarusian Metropolitan Filaret personally petitioned Patriarch Alexy. A rejection for awarding - the construction of the church in the territory of Part 3214, in which Pavlichenko was directly involved.

The widow of Dmitry Zavadsky Svetlana said then that she, as a man of a believer, insults it deeply.

When they came to me and said that they were interrogating him and that they had suspicions against him, I asked what evidence they had, because Pavlychenko was not just a man from the street. He was always the enemy of our fifth column. A terrible enemy.

I told them: show me your evidence. They said they had a record. I said: Okay, bring it to me, and I will listen. They brought printed. I say: now bring me a real entry. And it turned out that they did not match, some parts were missed. I found inconsistencies. Is this an interrogation with addiction?

Let him go! I take responsibility - if he runs away, I will take it on myself. But he did not run away anywhere. "&

True, by the time Alexander Lukashenko told how he personally freed the terrible enemy of the fifth column, Dmitry Pavlichenko went to retirees for a year and a half. Moreover, retired was, as often happens, in idiotic. Being married to the Warehouse Natalia Pavlichenko, he allowed himself an affair with a young lawyer and even gathered to marry her, but then, his colleagues said, got confused in women, washed down and stopped appearing in the service.

In 2008, he was reduced in office - he became deputy commander of the Corps of Public Order Corps for the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for combat training, and six months later they completely resigned.

By the way, Pavlichenko was respected in the special forces. Because he has always been with everyone. In the military, this is called "gained authority with a personal example." If the march is the first, if the shooting is the best. And this despite the fact that in the mid-nineties, during the planned classes, Pavlichenko performed the descent on the building (one of the exercises of high-precision geling), and his carbine was unfastened. He dived from the height of the third floor upside down. The skull - in two, was fastened with brackets, inserted a metal plate. Moreover, after that, Dmitry Pavlichenko was not only not commissized - he handed over to the "sowing beret".

He broke the bricks gathered again by his skull. And often it was easily ahead of the standards of young fighters. In relation to colleagues, they said, was fair.

It was only when in December last year in Germany the former fighter of the collector Yuri Garavsky gave an interview to Deutsche Welle and said that he participated in the abductions and murders of Zakharenko, Gonchar and Krasovsky and that it was Pavichenko who shot at them - he first said that there was no Garavsky in the 3214th period, and then he was, but only in a military service.

It seems that the interview of Garavsky caught him by surprise. But nothing changed.

In the end, if he once pulled him out of the camera personally Lukashenko and then defended him as an “enemy of the fifth column”, it means, whoever says, no matter what evidence, Lukashenko under power, Pavlichenko may feel safe.

And now it is clear why ten years after the resignation he arose in the middle of the raging Minsk, giving orders to those who have not been subordinate to him for a long time. Dmitry Pavlichenko defended his own freedom, which will end at the very moment when Lukashenko’s power collapses. And he called Pavlichenko, because in the fever of unbearable fear it seemed to him: now a retired special forces will turn back the time, breaks the wall with his forehead, and will be 2006, and when smoke from light -Shuman grenades will be dissipated, silence will come again.
