Police in Vladivostok, leaving her house, detained a participant in actions in support of residents of the Khabarovsk Territory, who introduces herself as Itil Temnaya. The detainee herself reported this to OVD-Info.
The reason for the detention is currently unknown, and where the Dark One is being taken is also unknown. It was not possible to reach the detainee; she is also not responding to messages at the moment.
Temnaya was already detained on August 1 in connection with actions of solidarity with the Khabarovsk Territory. Then she came to the police department to support the other detainees, but the police detained her too. Temnaya was released from the department that day with a report on violation of the rules of participation in the action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

According to Chistyakov, law enforcement officers were waiting on the street near his house. Now the detainee has been taken to police station No. 1 in Vladivostok.
A resident of Vladivostok, Victoria, reported in a conversation with OVD-Info that two more people were detained before the start of the action. The details of their detention are unknown; one of the detainees is named Maxim.
7:00 Police also detained a local resident named Ekaterina. An activist of the Yabloko party reported this to OVD-Info.
The reason for her detention is unknown. In a local telegram chat , Ekaterina wrote that two unknown people in civilian clothes were following her from home. Then they got on the bus with her and did not leave Ekaterina until uniformed police came to pick her up.
The detainee is taken to police station No. 1 in Vladivostok. The detained Maxim Khozyaykin and a local resident named Andrey were also taken there.
In the chat, Andrei said that he had already been released, having drawn up three protocols under the article on violation of the rules of participation in public events (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) due to previous actions of solidarity with the Khabarovsk Territory, which took place in Vladivostok on July 18 and 25, and also on August 7.

Meanwhile, Itil Temnaya told OVD-Info that she is in OP No. 1. A protocol is being drawn up against her under the article on violation of the rules of participation in the action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code).
The police, according to Temnaya, did not explain to her her rights before drawing up the report, so the detainee refused to sign the report.
Because of this, the police called witnesses to confirm her refusal to sign. At the same time, Temnaya has been at the police department for more than four hours.
Dark said that her phone was taken away from her at the police department, and was returned only after they took her to draw up a report (about three hours after the arrest).
