In St. Petersburg, the police detained the editor of the telegram channel "Yagrazhdanin!" Sergei Belyaev, allegedly for hanging a banner using pyrotechnics. Belyaev himself told about this to OVD-Info.

During the arrest, one of the police officers told Belyaev that he had known him for a long time. The editor of the employee himself does not remember.

The detainee was taken to the 2nd police department. A lawyer from OVD-Info, Anton Yupanov, comes forward to him.

As a result, Belyaev was released without protocol.
