
The Central District Court of Novosibirsk considered administrative cases under Part 1 of Art. 20.6.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the “mask regime”) against Yana, the shotgun and Pavel Matvienko. They went out with pickets in support of the inhabitants of the Khabarovsk Territory without masks. Matvienko received two fines with a total amount of 10 thousand rubles, a fractional ship - 1 thousand rubles of a fine, reports Siberia MBH Media.
The participants in the joint of solidarity with the Khabarovsk residents were detained on August 8 and delivered to the Central police department, Taiga.infowrote . Yana Forman Road said that during the picket she had a mask with her.
“They are trying to hip this article. I'm not sick, it is illegal, even if there is an epidemic. There must be [announced the mode] emergency, quarantine. This means that all people need to pay money. They [the authorities] do not do all this and create their own laws on the knee, write out fines, ”said Taiga.info Matvienko.
The fined activists did not admit the guilt of the court.
On August 15, Pavel Matvienko again went out without a mask. He was detained by police officers and re -issued a protocol under Part 1 of Art. 20.6.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. The new administrative case of Matvienko was received by the Central District Court on August 17, the meeting was scheduled for August 31.
