In the court in the case of Efremov, the actor's friends spoke. And the expert suggested that hackers and "energy anomalies" could provoke an accident

On August 19, the Presnensky District Court continued the consideration of the case of Mikhail Efremov. The actor is accused of the fact that in early June he got drunk and provoked an accident on a garden ring, in which 57-year-old courier Sergei Zakharov died. The meeting was performed by the actor’s friends, as well as an expert on transport, who stated that hackers and “energy holes” could provoke an accident. "He had an accident not because he drank from his youth"

- This is a very versatile person, a gifted person, efficient, believer. I would say impulsive. Both in a bad and in a good way ... I believe that he is a very good person, - describes Mikhail Efremov in court his friend, actor Nikita Vysotsky, who was a witness in the case.

In prove his words, Vysotsky begins to list: Efremov helped charitable funds, found work for the actors of the closed theater and paid for the operation to a woman with cancer. “He helped a huge number of people. They don’t write about this on the Internet, ”says Vysotsky. And he adds that he is “in horror” from how the media illuminate the process.

He explains that Efremov’s friends are still ready to help the victims: “I know that this remains the desire of Michael-to help people who were in such a terrible situation due to what happened.”

Lawyer Anna Butyrina, who, together with Dobrovinsky, represents the youngest son, brother and widow of Zakharov, asks Vysotsky if he paid attention to Efremov’s love for drinking. He admits that he knew about the problem. “We would live with this difficult history and lived further,” says the witness. - But he did not have an accident because from his youth he drank with Nikita Vysotsky. The next witness witness is Efremova’s friend, actress and restaurateur Tatyana Berkovich. She says that in the evening of June 8 there was near the Moscow Zoo when they called her and talked about an accident involving Mikhail Efremov. After 10 minutes, Berkovich was at the scene.

“Efremov sits in the [police] car. I touched him. His whole hand was bloodied. He said something slurred. I realized that he wants me to help the victim. And I went to the hospital, ”Berkovich recalls.

At the Sklifosovsky Research Institute, where Sergei Zakharov was taken, she met his employer from the Delicata online store. According to Berkovich, he called Zakharov’s legal wife Margarita, but the woman said that they have not been living together for 20 years - and her incident does not concern him. However, the witness did not hear the words of Margarita, the head of Zakharov retold them.

After 20 minutes, a Muscovite Irina Sorkhova came to the hospital, with whom Zakharov lived. Berkovich emphasizes that she offered her help: "I understood that he was a failed person, since he was in such a car." At the time of the accident, Sergei Zakharov was driving a courier “Lada”.

The witness explains that the lawyer of the victims Dobrovinsky opposed such assistance. According to Berkovich, Dobrovinsky “believes that the court should build Efremov more” - and “pours oil into the fire”. Earlier, the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of Russia said that disciplinary affairs were initiated against Dobrovinsky and Pashayev - and the chamber itself was worried that lawyers "openly use their involvement in a" loud "case for self -promotion.

The colleague of Dobrovinsky, Irina Khairullina, is connected to the interrogation.

At the end of the interrogation, Tatyana Berkovich informs the court that Efremov never got drunk, although he had problems with alcohol. The fact that the actor used drugs denies. “What drugs? Of course not!" She says and adds that the actor preferred whiskey.

A few minutes later, the TASS source said that Berkovich herself was checking for “involvement in the supply of drugs to Efremov”.

The reason for the evacuation to the participants in the process is not explained, and after an hour and a half the meeting is resuming. The interrogation of the expert Yuri Fialko begins - at the request of protection, he wrote a review of the technical examination of the machine of Mikhail Efremov, which was held at the investigation stage. The author of the examination, having a 30-year work experience, has already been summoned to court. He confirmed that the actor had no damage in the steering mechanism.

Yuri Fialko-an expert on vehicles registered with the Ministry of Justice, he has 20 years of experience. Fialko immediately explains that the examination was carried out “soundly”, but it could be expanded and even better.

When everyone calms down, the lawyer of the Avers continues. At the grave fence, where Sergei Zakharov was buried, Orlov left a wreath with the inscription "from friends and family." Nine days later he was noticed by the relatives of Zakharov and threw him away.

Andrei Orlov admits that he had a desire to meet with them on the day of the funeral, but he understood the “lack of demand” of his appearance. The poet adds that he wrote a verse about what happened on the way, and offers to read it. But judge Abramov says that there is no such need.

In addition to the cemetery, Andrei Orlov visited the church, where Sergei Zakharov was funeral, and talked with the local priest. “Father Gennady asked me to convey the words of prayer and repentance to Misha,” he recalls.

The poet confirms that among Efremov’s friends, the opportunity to help Zakharov’s family was discussed. But Orlov explains that in the end he did not offer them money, as he read the statement of the lawyer Dobrovinsky that they did not need anything.

Andrei Orlov does not say much about Efremova, although he considers him a close friend. They are familiar with 42 years. “I can characterize Efremov as a controversial, hypertensive and hyper -efficient personality. At the same time, Orlov notes that Efremov has never seen drunk at the wheel. It is not known to him that the actor used drugs.

In response to the questions of the lawyers of the Zakharov family, the poet says that he does not know that Efremov apologized to the victims. But Orlov notes that the video message of Efremov was addressed to them.
