Since he did not find a crime under Article 245 of the Criminal Code (cruelty to the animal that entailed his death or injury, committed in order to cause an animal pain or suffering) and also did not find hooligan actions provided for in the 213rd Article of the Criminal Code.

That is, the murder was committed out of a sense of revenge Galina Paskevich, and not out of the desire to cause suffering from an animal, so it is not a cruel circulation.
