The Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested for five days Pavel Krisevich, a participant in the action in support of political prisoners. This was reported by a lawyer from the OVD-info Anton Yupanov.
The court found Krisevich guilty under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the action in support of the political prisoners, which took place on August 19. Then Krisevich attached himself a cable to the support on the Trinity Bridge in St. Petersburg, and then cut the cable and fell into the water. He was picked up by a ship with tourists, transferred to the Telegram channel "Pytnits".

On August 20, Pavel Krisevich came to the St. Petersburg department of the FSB with a tray on which there was a cup of “poisoned tea”. After that, he was detained at a bus stop and taken first to the police department No. 78, then to the police department No. 1, where they left for the night. The lawyer is sure that the police followed Krisevich.
On September 24, the St. Petersburg City Court returned the Chrisevich case to the court of first instance without considering a complaint about the arrest decree. This was reported by a lawyer from the OVD-info Anton Yupanov.
At the moment, it is not known why the court has made such a decision.
