On August 21, the Taganrog City Court of the Rostov Region fined engineer Vladislav Shulga because of a comment on VKontakte. It is reported by Mediazona.
The court found Shulga guilty under the article on humiliation of human dignity (Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and imposed a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
Earlier, the FSB examination investigated Shulga's comment in the community “Ruff. Taganrog - news. He wrote: “These are not stupid laws, but those who are appointed to fulfill them are criminals! Scum judges, scoundrel police officers, crooked prosecutors…”. The expert came to the conclusion that Shulga's words are aimed at "humiliating the human dignity of the social groups 'policemen', 'judges' and 'prosecutors'."
Shulga explained that the comment applies only to those police officers, judges and prosecutors who abuse their power.
