They will not destroy the mountain for the production of limestone.

The situation is changing quickly. More recently, the head of the republic Radiy Khabirov said that Kustau will be developed, and nothing could change his decisions. And now, when asked whether they will get limestone on the mountain, he also answers confidently: “Of course not.” The Ministry of Nature now assures: "Since 2018, we asked to give Kustau the status of a specially protected territory." Last year, however, the department of Dmitry Kobylkin issued the BSC a license to use the subsoil of Kuzhtau.

It happens: officials fought behind the mountain with the right hand, and the left - issued documents for its development. Nagornaya sermon, not otherwise.

Trying to prove his proximity to the people, the head of Bashkiria even went on the offensive on industrialists. I demanded that the businessmen of Chernikov, Islamov, Pyatkin and Kharisov have received a control package of shares of a soda giant? “I instructed the Ministry of Property Relations to see the legal nature of all transactions that led to the fact that the state package was alienated, in fact, blurred during various transactions. And look at the subject of damage to the government of the republic. ”

If the audit is informal, the law enforcement agencies of the region will probably also have to turn away from industrialists, whose interests they recently defended, scattering and detaining Shihan defenders. On August 20, New Gazeta wrote that the creation of the Bashkir Soda Company was unprofitable for the republic. Bashkortostan controlled the highly income JSC "Soda", while the current owners of the BSC are low -income Kaustik and Bereznikovsky Sodovaya Plant. Soda from 2008 to 2013 paid 90 times more dividends than Kaustik and Berezniki, combined, but owners of a controlling stake in the merger of enterprises were Chernikov, Islamov, Pyatkin and Harisov, and not the republic.

The BSK, however, snaps up: the news is launched in the republican media that the company will be forced to reduce staff and, most likely, will not fulfill its “obligations on social expenses to the republic” in the amount of 600 million rubles. The authorities are overwhelmed by: “We offer the top management of the BSC to recover and stop blackmailing us. In our opinion, “BSK” can work more efficiently and abbreviations can be avoided, and shareholders simply do not want to share profit. We conducted an analysis of BSC expenses and revealed non -core expenses. So, only the maintenance of the Bashhim office on Polyanka Street in Moscow costs BSK 1.5 billion rubles a year, ”the Minister of Industry of the Republic Alexander Sheldyaev told the Bashinform state news agency.

The willingness of the Bashkir officials to “reset” their decisions in the interests of the inhabitants is boasted.

But it is obvious that “zeroing” is the maximum that they agree to today. Nobody will punish “their” for excesses.

Thus, the question of the resignation of the head of the Ishimbay district of Bashkiria Azamat Abdrakhmanov, who personally participated in the attack on the camp of eco -defenders, personally scattered tents and sent activists into three letters, journalists and defenders of Kushtau raised recently three times. And three times the head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, repelled the attacks: he said that on the mountain “everyone was burning” and “everyone violated”.

Similarly with the titles that regularly participated in attacks on the camp. They are not looking for them, because traces can lead to security officials: the guys without identification marks appeared on Kushtau with the fighters of Choo “Vershina”,

Against this background, it is amazing how hard the retreating officials decided to get by with eco -defenders: 41 people were arrested, 20 received fines. A criminal case has been instituted under Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - “Application of violence against a representative of the authorities”. So far, Impigrant. On the fact of attacks on the environmental protection of criminal cases themselves, it was not instituted.

The defended Mountain will still have to defend each other. This is a compromise version of the authorities.
