Polina Guzeeva, an artist from Yekaterinburg, was charged with an administrative protocol under the article on the distribution of extremist materials (Article 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in connection with the publication of a clip with the refrain “Why did you lie down under black?” on VKontakte 10 years ago. This is reported by the publication "Znak.com".
The case file states that the video of the TTP group called Kupchino with the refrain “Why did you lie down under the black one?” in 2016, they were included in the Federal List of Extremist Materials of the Ministry of Justice.
Guzeyeva told Znak that three weeks ago an operative from Center E came to her workshop in Kurgan. He suggested that she sign an explanation form that the girl had added the clip for a long time, by chance, did not know that it would turn out that way, that then the material did not seem dangerous. Recently, the Kurgan prosecutor's office informed Guzeeva that an administrative case had been opened against her.
“In the prosecutor's office, I did not feel the strength to insist on my opinion. The examination shows how terrible everything is in the clip. And the prosecutor's office itself said that if I agreed with the accusation, it would do me good. Therefore, I made a decision and agreed, ”Guzeeva said.
Guzeeva said that her friend Pavel was also accused of distributing extremist materials.
Znak.com notes that the federal list of extremist materials on the website of the Ministry of Justice does not mention the Alai Oli group and the track “Why did you lie under the black?”. From a copy of this list on the site “Regulatory legal acts in the Russian Federation”, it follows that track number 3481 was included in the list, the video was found on the page of a person who hates black people.
