Defenders of a public garden were detained in Vologda

In Vologda, at about 2 p.m., police officers detained two defenders of a public garden on Yaroslavskaya Street. This was reported to OVD-Info by the wife of one of the detainees.

Oleg Malinovsky and Sergei Pakholkov were detained at the construction site in the courtyard of house No. 36 on Yaroslavskaya Street, this can be seen on the recording from the scene. They were next to the car of a resident of the house standing near the entrance to the construction site, which the police were going to take to a special parking lot.

Lawyer Roman Morozov was not allowed to see the detainees, referring to the “queue at the police station”. One of the detainees became ill, an ambulance came to him.

21:45 A few hours after the arrest, a lawyer was let in.

22:00 The detainees were left at the police station until the morning, they will face trial. They want to be held accountable under articles on disobedience to the order of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and on failure to comply with the rules of conduct in the event of a threat of an emergency (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
