In my practice, there were many cases about the protection of honor and dignity. As a rule, such claims are always based on a personal conflict or the struggle of competitors for the market. In all other cases, the parties easily come to the agreement and simply do not reach the court.

When the “Swifts” turned to me, I first of all tried to understand what is the reason for such an aggression of Mr. Lokte towards the developer, who turned the city outskirts into a prestigious housing estate? Honestly, I was sure that as soon as our mayor has information about the real reasons for the problems with the launch of the kindergarten, the mayor would apologize, and the need for our services would disappear.

But everything turned out to be wrong.

I want to talk about how I see what is happening in the dispute about the protection of the honor and dignity of the Swift Group of Companies, which has been being considered in court for several months. At the same time, honestly, the position chosen by the mayor “when there is nothing to say in essence-we pull as much as possible” not only seems absurd to me (this is my assessment judgment), but simply depressed as a voter who once saw a protest candidate in the elbow who wanted to change something.

In my opinion, this position clearly shows the mayor’s inability to admit a mistake and demonstrates that for the sake of a minute benefit you can forget about honor.

Let's get back to the thesis. What is the reason? Initially, I, by naivety, believed that the mayor could not have any conflict with the developer. And about competition, as it seemed to me, I emphasize, there should be no question at all. Well, what is the competition when the developer needs constructive relations with the authorities, and the authorities need a business that makes the urban environment comfortable and forms the loyalty of voters?

But even a superficial analysis of the situation showed that there is competition. Real. Only she is in the field of politics. It turns out that the convictions invested in the mouth of the exposure could discredit the direct competitor of the chairman of the board of directors of the Strizh company Ilya Polyakov in the constituency. How else to support the extension of the Communist Party of the Communist Party Andrei Zhirnov, whose voters are grateful to the opponent for comfortable housing? Of course, to denigrate and pour the mud of a competitor, who made a significant contribution to this most comfortable environment.

And here, as a voter, it became three times unpleasant to me.

It turns out that for the sake of a local victory in one constituency, one can distort the facts, exceed the guilt from the sore head to a healthy one, and use municipal media to use to disseminate negative information.

As for the legal side of the issue, it is surprising to me as a professional for a professional (if you do not think about the goal -setting of an appropriate act).

Recognize the lawsuit? No, of course ... you can’t even think about it.

Instead, we had been determined for a long time who spoke about the situation-the Lokot-citizen (whose interests are protected by the Communist Party lawyer) or Lokot-mayor (which Margarita Maslov, the head of the legal department of the legal department of the legal department of the legal department of the city hall, was mobilized)? Apparently, something will change from this when a judicial act is decided.

The municipal media is also actively protesting against the declared claim. In their opinion, the mayor’s statements are separated from the publication in the media, disputes about this must be considered separately, because there is no connection between these two facts and events.

The position of the defendants is one in only one thing: “Slages” must be refused. Because refuse.

As a lawyer, I am sure that we will bring the case to the victorious end and achieve through the court of refutation of defamatory information. As a resident of Novosibirsk, as a voter, I am deeply outraged. In my opinion, people should not have people who do not know how to build a dialogue with business and, for the sake of momentary political benefit, allow us to use themselves in the denial of the political competitor of their one -party man.

I will never vote again for Mr. Lokta in particular and for the Communist Party in general. And I really want to call the maximum journalists to our process. Not in order to dryly state legal facts: "listened - postponed - recognized - gave evidence." And in order to see themselves and convey to the voters, how ridiculous the acting power looks, which instead of making an appointment and in 10 minutes to resolve the conflict, with a farce, pathos and the use of personnel and temporary resources, trying to get out, making a mistake.
