The defrauded shareholder was fined for the rally at the Moscow City Hall

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined the defrauded shareholder Yuri Lebedkin one thousand rubles under the article on disobedience to the legal requirement of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). The reason for drawing up the protocol was the action of defrauded shareholders near the Moscow City Hall on July 11.

In court, Lebedkin was represented by OVD-Info lawyer Ekaterina Ryzhova.

• On July 11, a protest rally of defrauded shareholders took place near the Moscow City Hall. During it, Yuri Lebedkin and Irina Lekomtseva were detained . They submitted an appeal to the Moscow government. The police cited the lack of identification documents as the reason for the arrest.
