For almost two weeks now, less than five thousand new new cases of COVID-19 have been registered in Russia per day - today there are 4829 of them. In Crimea, a record number of infected people was detected - 84 people. In total, 980,405 people have fallen ill since the beginning of the pandemic in the country. During the day, 5905 patients with covid were discharged from hospitals. For all the time, 798,466 people have recovered. During the day, 110 people died, a total of 16,914 people. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin believes that no more than six months are left before the complete victory over the coronavirus .
The high alert regime in the Tyumen region was extended until September 14, and in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug - until September 30. The restrictions imposed due to the pandemic will last until September 14 in Chukotka and until September 30 in the Oryol region . In the Pskov region, they decided not to move on to the third stage of lifting restrictions for the time being. The European Weightlifting Championship will be held in Moscow next year . Initially, it was planned to be held in April 2020, and then moved to the end of October.

In Spain, all children over the age of six will be required to wear masks in schools .
In Havana, from September 1, a curfew is introduced and a ban on travel to other regions of the country. The restrictions will last at least 15 days. A court in Berlin allowed a rally against the restrictions - the city authorities tried to ban it. Pubs in Ireland will remain closed . Previously, the authorities wanted to allow pubs that do not serve food to operate from August 31.
In the new academic year in Russian schools there will be no single bell and general changes . In all schools, for different classes, individual start and end times of classes , as well as meals in the canteen, should be organized. “Additional entrances to buildings will be opened, if possible we will try to assign a separate office to the class, but each region has its own characteristics,” said Tamara Romanova, a representative of the Ministry of Education.
University students and teachers may not be tested for covid before starting their studies . Analysis is required only from foreign students who return to Russia. University students and teachers who do not have antibodies to the coronavirus will be required to wear masks , and temperatures will be taken at the entrance to the university. Teachers will be able to read lectures without masks.
Children in Russia will not be vaccinated yet . The head of the Ministry of Health, Mikhail Murashko, said that the effect of the vaccine on the child's body must first be studied .
Poland may allow flights from Russia from 2 September . The Polish government has updated the list of countries with which flights are prohibited due to the pandemic. There are 46 countries on the list, Russia is not there . It is planned that the decision will come into force on September 2. Russia has so far only resumed flights to the UK, Tanzania, Turkey and Switzerland.

Rolls-Royce Group suffered record losses . The company posted a loss of £5.4 billion before taxes in the first half of the year.
