Ksenia Bezdenezhnykh, who was picketing against the "transphobic law", was detained near the Federation Council building. The police plan to draw up a protocol against her under the article on violation of the rules for holding a mass event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
