The new academic year has officially began in Russia. Even many teachers until the last day did not know exactly in which format the holiday rulers would take place and whether they would be at all. The decision on how to hold holiday rulers dedicated to the Day of Knowledge, the regions were taken, based on the general epidemiological situation. Back in mid -August, Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that there would be no traditional holiday this year. Nevertheless, the majority of schools in the city and countries still held rulers, but with small restrictions-only first-graders and graduates were able to take part in them. Another important innovation of this school year was the observance of a social distance. Here, schools coped in different ways: someone placed chairs at a distance of one and a half meters from each other. Someone approached this more creative and placed the children in a checkerboard pattern, and the places where they needed to stand was outlined with a white chalk on the asphalt. Some have generally forgot about this recommendation of Rospotrebnadzor.

According to the sanitary-hygienic rules, only the canteen employees should be worn, for the rest, this order is only a recommendatory nature. In the photographs from school lines of children and parents with the main accessory of 2020, it is almost not visible. But the teachers more responsibly approached this issue.

To avoid massive crowds, schools opened all outputs and entrances to the room, and students were launched on a schedule with an interval of 15-20 minutes and only at a certain door. In the GBOU secondary school No. 1015, for example, each entrance had five classes, launched them into a building with an interval of 10-20 minutes. In some cases, parents were forbidden to be present directly on the lineup. They observed what was happening through the fence or fence, without observing the social distance.

Congratulations from deputies

State officials did not stand aside from such a holiday. Deputies of the city council of Ulan-Ude read rap with parting words for schoolchildren. In particular, officials advised “not to forget about physical education” and “lean on literature”, as well as not to smoke cigarettes and not drink alcohol, because it is “suck”. The video was published on the official page of the municipal parliament on Instagram and quickly dispersed on the Internet.

The temporarily acting governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Mikhail Degtyarev, was personally present on the line of one of the schools, where he made congratulations, and then unexpectedly for everyone during a direct line, he canceled the “Hello, School”, which takes place in Khabarovsk annually on September 5. He substantiated his decision by the fact that citizens continue to gather on Lenin Square to violate order and express their protest moods. This situation, according to Degtyarev, does not really correspond to the atmosphere of the children's holiday.

Agitation for candidates

In Novosibirsk, not only parents came to the ruler, but also the agitators of several candidates for the Legislative Assembly. The elections will take place very soon, on September 11-13, so politicians have to attract the electorate in all available ways. According to the Taiga.info publication, next to gymnasium No. 4, eyewitnesses saw women with the symbols of the New People party, who talked with children and handed them through campaign brochures.

An out of a similar precedent happened on the territory of Lyceum No. 130. There, activists in T -shirts with the name of candidate Mikhail Fedoruk, the current rector of Novosibirsk State University, distributed leaflets and small souvenirs.

Patriotism lessons and the analysis of the Constitution

In Yekaterinburg , class hours dedicated to the Constitution and the Great Patriotic War were held in several schools at once . In some classes, students watched a film about amendments to the Constitution with teachers comments.

In Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and the city of Murin, Leningrad Region, anonymous reports of mass mining of schools and kindergartens were received by law enforcement agencies throughout the day.
