The Arbitration Court arrested the shares of the Bashkir Soda company planning the development of Shihan Kuzhtau

The Arbitration Court of Bashkortostan in the lawsuit of the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office arrested the shares of the Bashkir Soda Company (BSK). This was reported on the court website.

The claim for the demand for shares in the BSC from illegal private possession in favor of the state was filed by the Prosecutor General. Earlier, Vladimir Putin asked the Prosecutor General to check the legality of privatization of the Bashkir soda company. The audit began after the statement of Vladimir Putin that in 2013, “absolutely miraculous” through a number of associations, the share of the state in the BSC was reduced below the control. Putin said that private individuals who own the company send profit to offshore.

Nakan, the head of Bashkiria, Radi Khabirov, sent an application for committing a group of crime persons in the case of the Bashkir Sodov company (BSK) to the chairman of the UK, Alexander Bastrykin. Assignly, the company went into private hands with illegal actions of officials, as a result, the republic was damaged to more than 34 billion rubles.

“We have already sent an application for my signature to the chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin. An application for a crime by a group of persons with unlawful actions of officials of regional state power. The essence is the same. We believe that the package is blurred and, accordingly, damage to our republic, ”his press service quotes Khabirova.

BSK planned to develop Shihan Kustau, against which local environmental activists protested.
