
The anti -fascist Alexei Sutuga, known under the nickname Socrates, died in the Moscow Research Institute of Sklifosovsky after beating, reports the “Autonomous Action” movement.
“Alexey Sutuga was with friends in the area of the Moscow Baumanskaya metro station. Polikhovich [Sutuga's friend] writes that there was a household conflict with the store saleswoman, while Sutuga himself did not participate in the conflict at all. The verbal conflict grew into a clarification of relations with the husband of the saleswoman and the support group. Then the quarrel exhausted itself, and Lesha Sutuga with friends began to leave. But they caught up with four, attacked and began to beat. Lesha fell, hit his head, eyewitnesses say that he was also beaten with his feet, ”the movement reports.
Mediazon reports that on August 26 the Meshchansky District Court arrested the four attackers - Saikhan Adaev, Ahmed Guloev, Ibrahim Baliev and Aslakhan Sadaev. They were charged with serious bodily harm by a group of persons (paragraph “A” of part 3 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code), the detainees do not admit guilt.
Alexei Sutuga was a civilian activist, former political prisoner, he also participated in the campaigns to support political prisoners.
