In Minsk, riot police began to strictly disperse protesting students, at least 10 people were detained, including one journalist. This was reported by the correspondent of "MBH Media".

The security forces on Kirov Street detained four more journalists. According to the MBH Media correspondent, the detainees were wearing vests with the inscription "Press".

Mass detentions began after students broke through a cordon on Independence Avenue. The total number of detainees, according to local media and the correspondent of MBH Media, exceeded 30 people.
