More than 30 million rubles in favor of Evgeny Prigozhin were forcibly from the accounts of the FBK

The bailiffs forcibly collected from the accounts of the Corruption Fund of 30.3 million rubles in favor of businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. This was announced by MBH Media Director of the Fund Ivan Zhdanov.

He noted that the same operation was carried out as in the case of the lawyer and producer “Navalny Live ” with love Sobol, who had minus 34 million rubles in the accounts. “FBK has an exact amount - 30,370,000 rubles. [Whether they collected Navalny, it is not known. This is in Prigozhinsky claim, ”Zhdanov said.

Earlier, the bailiffs forcibly wrote off sable 34 million rubles in favor of businessman Evgeny Prigozhin and structures of the Moscow City Hall. She told MBH Media that this amount included in claims due to the summer protests of 2019, which were already extinguished.

Previously, Prigozhin received the right to demand from Alexei Navalny, Lyubov Sobol and the Corruption Fund (FBK) almost 88 million rubles, which they were supposed to pay the Moscow Schoolboy power plant by decision of the court.

The judicial confrontation of the FBK and the “Moscow schoolchild” began with the fact that the FBK employee Lyubov Sobol filed a collective lawsuit from parents whose children were poisoned in kindergartens to food that this company supplied. The court pleaded guilty to the company and partially satisfied the monetary requirements of the parents of the victims.

On October 28, 2019, the Moscow Arbitration Court recovered from Navalny and Lyubov Sobol, as well as the Corruption Fund of 29.2 million rubles and decided that they published information defaming the Moscow Schoolboy, as a result of which one of the clients terminated the contract with it.
