Actor Boris Klyuyev died

In the 77th year of life, People's Artist of Russia Boris Klyuyev died. It is reported by TASS with reference to the Maly Theater.

“He was seriously ill,” said the director of the theater Tamara Mikhailov, clarifying that the actor had an oncological disease. According to her, the time and place of the funeral will be reported later.

Boris Klyuyev was born on July 13, 1944 in Moscow. In 1969, he graduated from the Shchepkin Theater School and began working in the Maly Theater, where he remained one of the leading actors until the mid-2010s.

In parallel, the actor starred in films and TV shows. He is known from the roles of Count Roshphor in the film “D'Artagnan and Three Musketeers” (1979), Microft Holmes in the TV films series “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Doctor of Watson” (1979-1986) and Nikolai Petrovich in the comedy television series Voronins.
