Over the past eight years, three companies won contests for repairs of schools and kindergartens: Stroy-Postizhi LLC, Mega Stroy Service LLC and Petro-Stroy LLC, headquarters found out. The last two firms are led by the former municipal deputy from United Russia MO Georgievskoye MO Alexander Filchagin. The third company does not belong to Filchagin, but during the bidding "there was actually no competition."
