The wife of the deceased in the police department in Vologda is not allowed to get acquainted with the case materials

Olga Pakholkova, who died in the police department No. 1 of Vologda Sergey Pakholkov, representatives of the investigation do not allow to familiarize themselves with the materials of the case, initiated after his death. This was announced by the OTD-Info by lawyer Roman Morozov, representing the interests of the victim.

Pakholkov’s relatives must see the posthumous examination protocol with the expert’s conclusion. Morozov explains that this is necessary to understand whether further examinations are needed for a criminal case on the fact of his death:

“The expert in preliminary conclusion wrote that there is an injury. Where is this injury, how is it associated with the first blow, with the second? We do not see any mechanisms of injury. After we get acquainted with the inspection protocol, we can understand whether there is data or we need to do a second inspection with the expert to establish those moments that interest us: what hit the right side [of the head] on the wheel, whether there are any hematomas, whether the edema has occurred. ”

Due to the fact that close to Pakholkov is not allowed to familiarize themselves with the case file, his funeral is postponed. It bothers his mother and wife. But it’s impossible to carry out burial yet, the lawyer is sure: “If we bury the body, the body will begin to decompose, and [details] will already be difficult to establish in the future. They write “closed injury, there are no damage to the skull” - it will be difficult to establish on it. ”

According to Morozov, the investigation does not want to publicize and is configured to eliminate the victims from participation in the case because of their opposition views: “They motivate failures that the victims cooperate with the local political movement“ Together ”. Allegedly, the movement of some [received] information merges [on the Internet]-therefore, “We don’t want to give you anything”. ”

• Sergei Pakholkov, along with another person, was detained at the construction site on Yaroslavskaya Street in Vologda on August 26: he was pulled from a concrete block, while falling he hit the car with his head. An ambulance came to him three times to him, but refused to hospitalize him. Before the trial of August 27, Pakholkov died . On the fact of death, a criminal case was opened under an article on causing death by negligence due to improper performance by a person of his professional duties (part 2 of article 109 of the Criminal Code).
