Andrei Bulachik and Mikhail Lopatkov were detained on June 22 during a walk against fascism and amendments to the Constitution. According to OVD-Info, a total of 77 people were detained. One of the participants in the “Action of Dissent” stated that he spoke, among other things, against “mandatory vaccination, total corruption, elections.” The procession took place near Sakharov Avenue and on Myasnitskaya Street towards the Kremlin to lay flowers at the tomb of the unknown soldier. The detainees were taken for a walk to 4 police departments in the Ostankinsky, Tagansky, Khamovniki, Arbat districts.

On July 30, the Ostankino City Court found Bulachik and Lopatkov guilty under the article on participation in an uncoordinated event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and awarded each a fine of 10,000 rubles.

According to the version of the police, with which the district court agreed, both activists near the monument to Zhukov on the Manege Square “being in a group of citizens of at least 150 people” took part in an uncoordinated rally, both shouted “the slogans “Putin resign!”, “We are power here! "," Putin is a thief! ", attracting the attention of citizens and the media." The Moscow City Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the decision.
