A protocol is drawn up against Pivovarov under Article 20.2 (violation of the rules for holding an action) and, according to preliminary data, he will be left in the police department for the night before the trial.
“He was detained by four people in the Petrovka area. Now he is in the police department, ” Usmanova told MBKh Media.

He was charged with an article on organizing an event that caused interference with infrastructure and transport (part 3 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for initiating an administrative case was the collection of signatures against amendments to the Constitution on July 15 on Pushkinskaya Square.
