68 employees of the central substation of the city ambulance station (GSSSMP) on September 1 were recognized as affected by Covid-19-in the hands of people the corresponding acts of the commission. However, only 13 people at the moment received the due compensations, and two more families of the dead employees - the senior doctors of Antonina Rynda and Vladimir Mankovich - achieved posthumous payments.

Employees of the central substation of the GSSMMs after another began to get sick since the beginning of May. Doctors complained about the lack of anti -epidemic measures at the substation and the lack of personal protective equipment. They beat the alarm and sent appeals to the media: “They gave us only thin single -layer masks - and this is in the formed focus of infection! - And they sent them to work further. We need respirators of the FFP2 or N95 class, screens-shields to protect the eyes. They were brought by volunteers, but they are in the box at the manager. Already 80 people out of 240 employees of the substation to sick leave, four died.

People are taken to the hospitals directly from the shift, the load on the remaining increased significantly.

The paramedic for receiving challenges Stanislav Yaitsky fell ill on May 6: he had a temperature, the smell disappeared, a cough appeared. From work, the ambulance team took him to CT, confirmed viral pneumonia, 16% lung lesions. Until the end of May, the paramedic was sick. No other diagnoses except Covid-19 were made. On May 29, Yaitsky turned to the Committee on Social Policy for the provision of a one -time payment due to him and was refused. The Chairman of the Committee, Alexander Rzhanenkov, summarized the feldsher in the response: “There is no information about the provision of help to patients ill coronavirus during the performance of their duties.” A few dozen of his colleagues received the same answers.

“We analyzed,” says Stanislav. - The payments were received by doctors and relatives of the dead, registered in Vyborg, Kalinin, Nevsky, Krasnoselsky and Moscow districts, and refusals on the basis of the same documents came from the Kirovsky, Krasnogvardeisky, Frunze districts, as well as from the Leningrad Region. All refusals were motivated by the fact that the doctors of the central substation did not work directly in the red zones of hospitals, but sat at the substation and did not contact covid patients, did not provide them with medical care.

The fact that it is impossible to work at an ambulance, without communicating with each other, for doctors, officials are ignored. ”

Outraged doctors wrote to the St. Petersburg Ombudsman Alexander Shishlov and a deputy of the city legislative assembly to Boris Vishnevsky: “It is not clear why payments are made. Two doctors and one cleaning lady from our substation passed away. And in general, it doesn’t fit in my head: it means that we are all at work - medical workers, with a specialized medical education, and when it was a matter of paying, it seems, as if not doctors? ”

According to the authors of the appeal, on the most difficult days of the epidemic, the central substation was the brain and heart of the ambulance: they take calls from the population here, quickly collect an anamnesis, form calls, directing the nearest specialized brigade to the rescue, here the hospitalization bureau distributes patients into hospitals. The central substation coordinates the provision of ambulance during any emergency - be it natural disaster, mass poisoning, a terrorist attack, epidemic, interacts with power and specialized structures in order to prevent chaos. The substation personnel cannot be transferred to the remote, they go to work in any situation.

Boris Vishnevsky addressed the deputy requests to Alexander Rzhannkov and Alexander Beglov. The answer received on September 1 from and. O. Governor Valery Pikalev, but also with refusal: “The act of the commission contains internal inconsistencies,” therefore, they will not pay the State SMP for the GSSSMP. In all letters, officials unanimously recommend that doctors go to court.

“If the doctors are suing the city, the price of this city is worthless,” comments Vishnevsky. - In my opinion, this is a categorically wrong approach. The medic fell ill at work. His work was connected with the help of patients, even if something was not included in his duties. He risked. He talked with other doctors who directly contacted the patients. And now it turns out that nothing is supposed to him. ”

On September 2, Stanislav Yaitsky and the initiator of the creation of the St. Petersburg wall of the memory of doctors Irina Maslova at a personal reception at Rzhanenkov told him about the situation with payments. On September 9, the official will collect a meeting with the representatives of the Health Committee, the Finance Committee, the heads of medical institutions, the city ambulance station, representatives of doctors and the public, in order to discuss the situation, listen to everyone and try to find an acceptable decision that will suit all parties.
