The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow imposed two more fines in connection with the collection of signatures against changes to the Constitution, which took place on Pushkinskaya Square on July 15. This is reported by the "Apology of Protest", referring to the lawyer Mansur Gilmanov.
The court found Andrey Volgushev and Varvara Netsser guilty under the article on obstructing traffic (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined the activists 10,000 rubles each.
Earlier that day, because of the action on July 15, the Tverskoy Court arrested Andrei Pivovarov, executive director of Open Russia, for 14 days. He was charged with an article on organizing an event that caused interference with infrastructure and transport (part 3 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
