In Kotlas, the police seized a circulation of leaflets “Hands off Shies!”. The flyers are designed like a newspaper issue. This was reported on the page "Pomorye is not a garbage dump" on VKontakte.

The report says that the police stopped the car in which the edition was being transported. The driver was told that they would conduct an inspection on an anonymous call. As a result, the police seized 4,000 leaflets.

“The issue discusses the features of the passage of the municipal filter by candidates for governor, the divergence of reality and statements on the issue of closing the Shies project, a brief history of the Shies confrontation, details of the criminal trial against Shies activists,” the report says. The authors point out that no one looked into the contents of the leaflets.
