
The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office approved the indictment against the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory Viktor Milush. The former General Director of the Far Eastern Energy Company will be against the court on charges of embezzlement of 700 million budget funds.
The prosecutor’s office clarified that the deputy committed crimes from 2009 to 2016, while at the leading post in the company. Budget funds under the guise of providing legal services to entrepreneurs and public organizations, as well as blessing - DEC allegedly donated large amounts for the development of sports - fell through the standing companies and organizations in the pockets of Milusha and his assistants.
During the investigation, Milush fully pleaded guilty and testified to his accomplices. In particular, the former head of the RAO East East Holding, Ivan Biddyr, who had already gone to the colony for four years. In 2019, Milusha was released from a pre -trial detention center on bail of one million rubles. He continues to act as a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory.
