
The leadership of the Academy of Moscow "Spartak" named after Fedor Cherenkov submitted documents to receive joint payments for the upbringing of midfielder Alexei Miranchuk, who in the near future will officially move from Lokomotiv to the Italian "Atalanta".
“The Spartak Academy sent all the necessary documents to Atalanta to receive joint payments,” Anton Fetisov told the Championship head of the Spartak Communications Department.
Miranchuk, who said goodbye to the club and fans after the match with Zenit, trained at the Spartak Academy in his youth, and in 2011 he got into the Lokomotiv system. Two years later, the midfielder made his debut for the "railway workers" at an adult level.
Earlier, a photo of a 24-year-old athlete with a T-shirt "Atalanta" appeared. Alexey took the 59th number in the new team. According to unofficial information, the Italian club will pay Lokomotiv for a player of 14.5 million euros.
