The Moscow City Court left the measure of restraint to the imprisoned teacher of the children's theater studio Alexander Berezkin, who is accused of pedophilia.

On the night of July 11 to 12, the teacher of the children's theater studio, Alexander Berezkin, was arrested on suspicion of sexual actions against his ten -year -old student. A statement to the police was submitted by the girl’s mother. The primary medical examination revealed nothing, which would confirm the charges made by the minor. Now Alexander Berezkin is in jail.

The girl’s mother turned to the police on the morning of July 11. The investigation has not yet presented any other objective evidence of guilt. It turns out that a person was taken from his own apartment at night, brought in handcuffs in front of his wife and sixteen -year -old son and closed in a pre -trial detention center only on the basis of the words of another person.

Since the beginning of the information campaign in support of Alexander Berezkin, who was launched by the parents of the studio and family friends, strange calls began to enter the personal phones of their parents.

All parents present at the meeting complain of this: they called from unfamiliar numbers, they seemed to be investigators, then by operatives, or the “slaughter department”, it was most often impossible to call back to the numbers, or they threw the phone there.

The second time it sounded somewhat different. The man introduced himself as an investigator named Dmitry. I asked if I know what happened, that the studio teacher Alexander Berezkin was arrested. He said that he was conducting a preliminary survey on this case, and what is my opinion about Alexander. I told him that this is a wonderful person, and my opinion is that this is all not true.

Then he told me the following: "I can tell you that he is definitely guilty - I took part in his arrest."

After that, I asked what such joy he was engaged in this business. After that, the conversation was quickly completed. ”

The calls were not only Leonov. The investigation does not work so precisely. It looks like an attempt to collect information or provocation. But if these were journalists who were hunting for a sensation, they would certainly take the phone when they called them back, and in general they would not get off the heroes alive. Yes, and there would be yellow publications with the sincere details.

Parents of studio children suggest that they could call at the request of the victim’s mother, but no requirements were formulated. We have not managed to contact her yet - she does not pick up the phone.

I could not answer right away, I called back how I freed myself. The voice in the tube was confused and mumbled, I did not like it at once. I had to introduce myself, then at the other end they unluckily voiced their name and position. I heard with difficulty and only realized that the investigator.

I was asked how classes passed. I hung up the phone, and the feeling that something happened wrong and not that did not let go. I called back to this number, I wanted to write down the conversation and, at least, to find out the name and the position again in order to check ... But this number did not answer! ”

Berezkina is abandoned until September. I do not find the strength to look into the eyes of the wife and son of Alexander. I'm afraid they will read my hopelessness. They are not able to comment.

At first this was explained by quarantine, and now huge bursts in the negotiation rooms. Every year in Russia, more than a thousand two hundred people receive accusatory sentences under the articles of the Criminal Code of Sexual and violent actions against minors.

The “anti -Pedo -pipilic campaign”, the widespread lighting of which in the media is more like a witch hunt, began in 2012. During this time, thousands of people were sentenced to huge terms.

Seven to eight people are justified a year. Most of the charges are built only on a statement by the parents of the minor.

Medical and psychological examinations are often not carried out or carried out through sleeves and attached to the case as secondary evidence. As well as the testimony of witnesses of protection, characteristics, results of a survey of the victims on the lies detector and even recordings from video surveillance cameras, where it is clear that nothing happened. While there is a statement by a minor, where he or his legal representatives claim that something happened, a person will sit.

We sent a request to the Investigative Committee with a request to explain why Berezkin sits in a pre -trial detention center, and no investigative measures are happening: examinations are not carried out, as well as investigative actions; The results of the inspection of information media seized from the apartment are unknown (after all, a real pedophile, as a rule, at least stores pornography).

It is not clear whether objective data about the crime were collected: for example, recordings from video surveillance cameras that could prove or refute the fact of the victim on this day and establish possible witnesses. At least, the prosecution did not confirm in court in court the need for a person’s detention.

It is also not known whether there are protocols of a search in the Berezkin’s apartment, why did not psychological and psychiatric examination of the victim and her repeated medical examination, since the first did not find any signs of sexual actions, did she conduct the interrogation of the girl’s father, because she granted him the first?

Also, there was no psychological and psychiatric examination of Berezkin himself, and the interrogation of his wife Anna and sixteen-year-old son in the presence of a psychologist and representative of the guardianship authorities confirming Alibi Alexander Berezkin at the time of the crime was also not taken into account when choosing a preventive measure. Yes, and who nams on behalf of the police and the investigation of defense witnesses that will be called to the court, no one is interested in - although here it is, and not hypothetical, pressure on the participants in the process.

The investigation to our request answered by unsubscribing and refused to answer questions, referring to the incompleteness of the preliminary investigation and article 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, although most of the questions did not concern the essence of the case.

In general, as practice shows, an accusation of pedophilia for law enforcement officers is an ideal case: nothing needs to be proved, investigative actions can almost not be carried out, the attitude to the defendant is unequivocal, the article is especially difficult, the trials are closed, the deadlines are huge.

The disclosure of a particularly serious crime is a magnificent indicator for statistics. But the acquittal - no.

At the time of publication of the text, the prosecutor's office ignored our request and did not explain the position of the prosecutor, who supported the application of the investigation to extend the arrest of Berezkin. But who Berezkin can put pressure if there are no prosecution witnesses in the case, and where he can hide if the borders are closed, and he does not even have a passport.
