Actor Sergei Koltakov died

Actor Sergei Koltakov, known for the films "Mirror for the Hero", "Valentine", "The Art of Living in Odessa" and other paintings, died at the 65th year of his life after a serious illness. This was announced on Monday, director Grigory of Constantinople.

"I learned about this (Koltakov’s death) today. It is always very difficult - there was a man and he was not more. Sergey Mikhailovich starred in two films -" A drunken company ", and now we have finished working with him," the director said.

Sergey Koltakov was born on December 10, 1955 in Barnaul. He studied at the Faculty of Faculty of Saratov Theater School named after Ibronov. In 1979 he graduated from the Faculty of Acting GITIS.

In 1979-1980, Koltakov worked at the Mayakovsky Theater, in 1980-1981 he played at the Moscow Theater named after Leninsky Komsomol, in 1982-1985 he worked at the Moscow Drama Theater named after Stanislavsky. Since 1989 he played in the Moscow Art Theater.

In the cinema, the actor made his debut in 1981 with the role of Paul in the film by Gleb Panfilov Valentine. A few years later he played in the film of Inna Tumanyan "accomplices".
