The case against the Pskov public figure Nikolai Kuzmin was dismissed by the regional court. Earlier, the Pskov city court fined him 30,000 rubles. The reason was the activist's post on VKontakte about the lack of ventilators in the local infectious diseases hospital. The protocol stated that dozens of Pskov residents complained about Kuzmin, who, after reading his post, decided not to seek medical help.

Chikov reports that during the consideration of the case in the regional court, the validity of the information about which Kuzmin wrote in the post was confirmed. The decision of the city court was canceled, and the case was dismissed due to the lack of corpus delicti. Kuzmin's interests were represented by lawyer Tatyana Martynova, who works with Agora.

According to Chikov, this is Agora's ninth dismissed case of spreading fakes in connection with the coronavirus.

Another case under the same article, but not related to the coronavirus, was stopped in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, writes Chikov .
