On September 7, Belgorod police drew up a protocol under an article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) on the head of the local movement “For New Socialism” by Sergey Rudakov due to bird feeding on September 5. According to Grigoryeva, on September 5, representatives of the public movement “For New Socialism” went out to feed the pigeons in support of protesters in the Khabarovsk Territory and all political prisoners. First, activists met on Cathedral Square, and then went to the park on the embankment to feed ducks and pigeons.

On the embankment, police officers approached Rudakov and invited to the department. He was not given the agenda. “I myself drove. Without a summons. Gave an explanation. One. We approached the embankment. And also people [from the city] administration were removed from the side [action]. And they will also have a statement, ”Sergey Rudakov reports Grigoriev.
