The Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow imposed a fine of 10 thousand rubles on Alexander Pochapinsky, who was detained at a rally against political repression, which took place on June 22 near the FSB building on Lubyanka. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info Daria Aksenova.
Pochapinsky was found guilty under the article on violation of the rules for holding the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is at least the fifth fine for participants in the picket queue.
