The court fined a participant in the picket line against political repression near the FSB building on Lubyanka

The Basmanny District Court fined Yevgeny Efremov, a participant in a picket line against political repressions, which took place on March 14, 10,000 rubles. Maria Krasova, a lawyer from OVD-Info, reports this.

The court found Efremov guilty under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to a single picket.

• during a rally near the FSB against political repressions were detained On March 14, 2020 , at least 38 people . The detainees were not allowed into the departments of lawyers, some of the protesters were left in the police for the night before the trial.
• The Basmanny Court has already imposed several fines on the participants of the March 14 rally. Because of this action, the Khamovniki court fined civil activist Alexandra Kuznetsova, better known as Uncle Sasha, 150,000 rubles. Kuznetsov was found guilty under the article on repeated violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
