The Naberezhnye Chelny City Court of Tatarstan found Denis Belov, a member of the Union of Marxists, guilty under the article on the demonstration of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and appointed 14 days of administrative arrest. An administrative case was opened due to the publication of crossed-out swastikas. It is reported by MBH Media.
Belov was detained on 8 September. The police came to the activist at work, from where they took him to the Central Police Department of Naberezhnye Chelny. The police drew up a report on Belov under the article on the demonstration of Nazi symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In one of the comments to the post about the detention of the activist in the public “Union of Marxists”, it is emphasized that Belov is a staunch anti-fascist and communist.
