In Arkhangelsk, a lawyer was detained and left overnight at the police station

In Arkhangelsk, the police detained lawyer Oksana Vladyka, accusing her of putting campaign leaflets in the mailboxes of the entrance. She reported this to OVD-Info.

The police refused to introduce themselves, put Vladyka in a service car and took him to the police station. There, a protocol was drawn up against her on disobedience to the demands of the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and left overnight until the trial.

The hearing on her case will be held in the Lomonosovsky District Court.

On September 12, Oksana Vladyka announced on her VKontakte page that she had been released pending trial. The meeting was scheduled for September 13th.

• Oksana Vladyka is a lawyer representing the interests of the defenders of Shies. On September 9, she was flooded with a lock in the office. This happened after she refused to let a policeman who tried to inspect the premises, claiming that it "printed extremist literature." The next day, an activist was detained in Kotlas , transporting a circulation of leaflets criticizing the United Russia party. Vladyka spread the information about it.
