Finland softens restrictions on visiting a country for tourists. But the exhortations do not apply to Russia

Tourist trips will be allowed for states, where the number of patients over the past two weeks below 25 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants. In particular, the restrictions on the entrance will be removed for those who come from Iceland, Sweden, Cyprus, Poland, Norway and Germany.

In October, Finland plans to introduce a requirement to present a test on coronavirus when entering a country from countries with a high risk of infection. This will affect the EU and Schengen countries, as well as states from the EU list to the opening of borders.

For Russians, the country will remain closed. In Russia, an indicator of cases for 100 thousand people over the past two weeks is 47.6. As the head of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Kirsi Pimia said , Finland will consider restrictions again if the epidemiological situation in Russia will improve significantly.
