Talks between Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko ended in Sochi. This was reported by the telegram channel of the press service of Lukashenka "Pool of the First".
Negotiations behind closed doors lasted more than four hours. Statements for the press and signing of documents after them are not expected.
Before the start of negotiations, Putin and Lukashenko had a short dialogue in the presence of journalists. Putin announced that Russia would provide a $1.5 billion loan to Belarus, while Lukashenko thanked him for his support and called Russia "big brother."
