The court fined a participant in the joint of solidarity with the defendants of "New Greatness"

The Lublin District Court found guilty under an article on violation of the rules for participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) of a performance participant in support of the defendants in the case of “New Greatness”. This was reported by a lawyer from the ATS-info Sergey Telnov, who represented the interests of the activist in court.

The activist was assigned a fine of 15 thousand rubles for the action of the art group “Muhomor black-Michael”, held by the court of the court before the sentences to the defendants “New Greatness” on August 6. The art group was created specifically for this action, for one day.

The Lublin District Court previously fined another participant in the action of Pavel Krisevich. His interests in court were also defended by Sergey Telnov.

• On August 6, the art group “Mukhomor Black-Michael” spent a performance of solidarity with the defendants in the “New Greatness” by the Lublin court. The action took place on the day of the announcement of the sentence in the "new greatness". Then Pavel Krisevich read poetry in police uniforms, said: “The real sacrifice is done here,” and cut the mannequin's throat. The police detained him and the rest of the art group.
• On August 6, the Lublin District Court of Moscow announced the sentences to the defendants in the case of "New Greatness". Ruslan Kostylenkov, Peter Karamzin and Vyacheslav Kryukov were sentenced to real deprivation of liberty in a general regime colony for terms of six to seven years. Four more accused - Maxim Roshchin, Dmitry Poletaeva, Maria Dubovik and Anna Pavlikova - a court sentence to deprivation of liberty on a condition of four to six and a half years. The defendants who were assigned to defend the court were released in the courtroom.
• Participants in the movement "New Greatness" were detained in March 2018. They were accused of creating an extremist community and preparations for the coup. Lawyers and defendants in the case report that an employee of the special services who came up with the charter and the “New Greatness” program was being implemented in the movement, talked about the need for training, and also rented an office for meetings of activists.
• Shortly before the verdict, Medusa published a letter from Ruslan Kostylenkov, in which he spoke in detail about the search and detention. According to him, the security forces, demanding confession, beat him, strangled him with a bag, and in the end - raped with a pen from the kitchen hammer.
