The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow fined Valentina Vakulenko, a disabled person of the 2nd group, 10 thousand rubles for participating in a walk to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. This is reported by the "Apology of Protest".
The court considered the mass walk to the Kremlin walls to lay flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier an uncoordinated action and fined Vakulenko for participating in it (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
According to OVD-Info, a total of 77 people were detained during the walk on June 22 . The procession took place near Sakharov Avenue and on Myasnitskaya Street towards the Kremlin to lay flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The detainees were taken for a walk to four police departments - in the Khamovniki, Arbat, Ostankinsky and Tagansky districts.
