In the chamber of the Chelyabinsk pre -trial detention center they found the dead neo -Nazi Maxim Martsinkevich, better known as the “Tesac”. According to the FSIN, he committed suicide. Defenders do not believe in this version and say that Martsinkevich told them how he was tortured in recent months, demanding a confession of the murders of the beginning of the two thousandths. "Mediazona" recalls Tesak and his long prison path.
On the afternoon of September 16, several publications immediately, citing sources, reported that the neo-Nazi Maxim “Tesak” Martsinkevich committed suicide in the Chelyabinsk pre-trial detention center 3. Later, this information was officially confirmed in the regional department of the FSIN and the lawyer of Martsinkevich Valentin Trofimik. According to the publication Baza, which was the first to report a suicide, Martsinkevich was in a single chamber.
“In the morning in one of the chambers of the GUFSIN of the region, a convicted person was discovered 84 years of birth without signs of life. The preliminary reason is suicide. Major workers immediately arrived at the scene of the institution who held a set of resuscitation measures, but they did not give a positive result, ”said Olga Emelyanova, a representative of the department. The FSIN Office announced the beginning of an official audit.
As Baza wrote , without revealing the sources of information, in his suicide note, Martsinkevich said that he did not want to cause troubles of the administration of the pre -trial detention center, and also asked to transfer to his girlfriend living in Yekaterinburg, the book “Protectionism and Communism” and a personal diary. He finished the note with the words "forgive me." Later, a trimmed notebook sheet with this content and date - September 15, 2020 - published the NTV channel. The regional department of the SK previously confirmed that the deceased left a note; The department began a pre -investigation verification.

Defender of Martsinkevich Vladimir Krasnov in a conversation with Business FM , citing a Chelyabinsk lawyer, said that testimonies were knocked out of his client. “There is a very unpleasant story, I have information about it indirectly, through third hands. The lawyer, which was at his shipping, said that he was allegedly beaten by him, achieving confessions in committing certain murders. Specially trained people from Moscow came and, together with local specially trained comrades, sought confessions in committing certain murders, ”Krasnov said. He also knows about the confession. Lawyers and relatives waited for him in Moscow "two weeks" to "connect and find out everything."
Another Tessak’s lawyer Alexei Mikhalchik also told the Raise that Marcinkevich had a local defender on September 9, which the prisoner said that he was “tortured for the last three months, forced to sign some fumes with a confession in Moscow of the 90s.”
Lawyer Ivan Sidorov, who represented the interests of Martsinkevich during the proceedings in the last case and during the serving of the sentence, told Mediazone that in the summer he had the opportunity to talk with him on video communication during the consideration of compensation for the protracted legal proceedings. Martsinkevich said that he had serious troubles: I had to write a confession.
“Then there was another meeting [in the administrative case], and he seemed to say that the turnout was not confirmed - he allegedly gave his testimony, but it was not possible to initiate a matter, because they all stopped by the statute of limitations,” the defender recalls. -But then new information was received from a lawyer that they still decided to initiate some cases or at least check the information, and therefore he was taken from Krasnoyarsk to Moscow. They drove him through Novosibirsk, and Chelyabinsk had to be a starting point. ”

The lawyer Sidorov believes that with suicide, Tesak “helped”: “There was no specificity, he said: we will meet in a pre-trial detention center with a lawyer, and I will tell you everything. Specifically, he said, said that the 105th [article of the Criminal Code] that in the 99th year some kind of murder was hung in which he was forced to confess. The events of the 99th year, in which he allegedly admitted voluntarily after 21 years. He said that he would tell everything in Moscow. ”
“Of course, torture there [were] or not torture, he could not say by video communication, but his appearance was very depressed,” Sidorov recalls. - He said that he went to the hospital several times. Indeed, he was not in Krasnoyarsk in a pre-trial detention center, a lawyer [Trofimik] could not get four times, then he suddenly wrote a refusal from the lawyer, although he asked him to defend him and that someone would come to him. ”
The Krasnoyarsk lawyer Valentina Trofimik told Mediazone that she had the last time she saw Martsinkevich at the end of August. Later, she posted on the website of her lawyer college a statement, in which she emphasized that she was not officially reported about the causes of death of the client: “There is no reliable information about the use of physical impact measures during the detention in the pre-trial detention center-1. I believe that my client could have a psychological impact, since it was in an unstable psycho-emotional state. ”
Meanwhile, lawyer Alexei Mikhalchik filed an application for the initiation of the case under the murder article. “Martsinkevich M. S. is a morally stable, strong -willed person who never expressed suicidal intentions,” the defender wrote in a statement addressed to the head of the UK Alexander Bastrykin. - 09/09/2020 he complained to the defender of torture, which he was subjected to in order to decide him to recognize crimes that he did not commit. ”
Martsinkevich never hid his neo-Nazi views, from his youth he wandered to various ultra-right organizations and, as most Nazi-Skinhedov of the late nineties and the beginning of the two thousandths, was probably involved in street violence-however, he was never charged with this. In the middle of the two thousandths, he organized a small group “Format 18”, this number - the digital designation of the first letters in the name of Adolf Hitler adopted in the environment of the far -right. A few years later it is recognized as an extremist organization.
Participants in Format 18, which the Tesac himself called the "creative association", shot videos with discussions about the superiority of the "white race" and the staging "executions" of migrants. For the most part, these videos, apparently, were not really documentary, but their popularity was generated by a shaft of video recordings of already real attacks and murders, which in those years made numerous ultra -right gangs.
One of the most famous such videos with real murders was published under the name “The Execution of Tajik and Dag” - on it two men in masks amid the Nazi flag kill two migrants. The killers call themselves representatives of the National Socialist Party of Rus'. Soon, a statement of this party appeared on the website of the Chechen separatists of the Caucasus Center, the authors of which recognized the “political leadership of the National Socialist Society (NSO)”, demanded that the authorities of the NSO Dmitry Rumyantsev be transferred and release Maxim Martsinkevich-by the time of publication of the “execution” in August 2007 it was already in a bid. This double murder has not yet been disclosed.

Around the same time, Tesak joined the National Socialist Society (NSO) Dmitry Rumyantsev-it will soon be prohibited as extremist. Participants in the NSO-Severs, one of the units of the organization, at the end of the two thousandths of almost three dozen racist killings. One of the leaders of the neo -Nazis, Maxim Adolf, Bazilev died after the detention in 2009 - according to the official version, he cut his veins in the IVS. Marcinkevich himself did not consider this version to be convincing: in 2014, in a letter from the pre -trial detention center, he wrote that “to eliminate a person in this system is inexpensive,” and asked his associates not to believe the possible reports of his suicide in the future; At the end of 2019, he repeated that "suicide on my part could not be in any case."
In 2009-2011, at the invitation of the director Ilya Khrzhanovsky, he took part in the filming of the Dau film project, where during the improvisational “Destruction of the World of Dau” he cut off his head to the song “Where the Motherland begins”.
In the NSO, Martsinkevich closely talked with Sergey Korotkikh, nicknamed Malyuta (aka Botsman) - a Belarusian neo -Nazi, who went to Moscow. After the arrest of Tesak in 2007, he participated in the split of the NSO, but soon left Russia - perhaps in connection with the criminal case of undermining the lamppost on Manezhnaya Square (Russian investigators will say about his connection with this explosion only in 2012). Friends continued to communicate even after the first sites of Tesak - one of the last time they fell together in the news in 2013, when they wounded one of the local anti -fascists in Minsk, dousing them with urine from water pistols; Later he was allowed to leave Belarus, and the case was stopped .
In 2014, Malyuta went to Donbass to fight in the Azov, assembled from the local ultra -right regiment. He received a Ukrainian passport from the hands of President Petro Poroshenko and became one of the key characters in the local ultra -right scene. Tesak was in prison again.
But for the first time he did not sit down for violence. In February 2007, the Tesac and his associates came to political debates to the Bilinguals Moscow club - that evening, the publicists Julia Latynin and Maxim Kononenko argued about the fate of democracy, and then the debat was led by an Yabloko member, Alexei Navalny, and began to throw their hands in the Nazi greeting and shout “Zig Hale!”.
Martsinkevich was accused of arousing hatred with the threat of violence (part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to three years in a colony-settlement. Soon, another six months for one of the format 18 rollers were added to this time.
Having been released in 2010, Martsinkevich published a book about a prison called “Restructure!”, Having given a lot of places in it recipes for dishes that can be prepared in the conditions of pre -trial detention center. A few years later, this book was already habitually in the list of extremist materials.
“Here's how to cook the soup in the kettle? It is necessary to cut the onions, carrots, tomatoes, cut the meat (you can either take it from the diet or, if you are lucky, catch it from the Balanda), two bags of seasonings, you must have cabbage, all this in a two -liter kettle, boil it all up and then have time to remove it and pour it into a plastic container until the smell goes to the continuation. The kettle must be rinse, pour water there and put it boiled! Because, as soon as the longitudinal sniffs intra-chamber cooking, the feeder immediately opens and the head of the garbage, which says: “Show me a kettle! What are you cooking in it? " And if something is cooked, then the kettle is taken for about a week about a week, and the camera is forced to ask for boiling water from the longitudinal ones. In short, life spoils, sitting so hard and uninteresting. "

He started a blog on YouTube, and his project “Occupy-Pedophilay” with videos, whose participants mocked the alleged pedophiles, quickly gained popularity among the ultra-right youth. In parallel, Tesak conducted paid seminars about behavior in prison and theft of products in stores, sold a book, tried to organize a financial pyramid Tesak Money.
During the protests of 2011-2012, Martsinkevich tried to perform from the stage on Bolotnaya Square (he was not allowed) and get into the coordination council of the opposition (also unsuccessfully, he was refused registration). These prohibitions were actively illuminated by the Loyalist press as evidence of double standards of liberal oppositionists.
In November 2013, the case was again brought to him under the 282nd article-the attention of the investigators was attracted by the video “Throw the Chukur! Enharging agitation! ”,“ The Tesak about the film “Stalingrad” and the situations in Biryulyovo ”and“ The Tesak about the film “near -football” ” - but Martsinkevich managed to escape to Cuba. From there it was given to Russia in January.
In this case, he received 2 years and 9 months of imprisonment (the five -year term issued by the district court reduced the Moscow City Court). While Tesak was sitting, the security forces were tightly engaged in his followers from the Restruk movement, who participated in the "safari" on the alleged pedophiles and drug dealers. One of the “Occupy-Narcophilai No. 8” video was excited, on which Marcinkevich and his associates catch, as they say, the seller of Spice, tear his shirt, beat him and force the vegetable substance discovered under him.
In December 2018, the Grandmother's District Court of Moscow sentenced a neo -Nazi to 10 years in a maximum security colony in the case of the Ultra -right movement "Restructure". The defendant was found guilty of robbery (part 2 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code) and hooliganism (part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code).
According to investigators, in 2013, Martsinkevich, along with the accomplices, beat Khamidyllo Mukhtarov, who was suspected of drug trafficking and stole his phone.
In the summer of 2017, the Grandmother's court has already appointed Martsinkevich nine years of maximum security colony. In addition to robbery and hooliganism, the neo-Nazi was also charged with intentional destruction of property (part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code) and extremism (part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) due to the book “Restructure”, which is included in the list of extremist materials. However, the Moscow City Court canceled the verdict and sent the case for a new consideration.
Marcinkevich was serving a sentence in the Republic of Komi. In October 2019, the Syktyvkar City Court softened him from 10 to less than nine years old, having removed the charges of extremism (part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code) in connection with the decriminalization of the article.
“These eight years-taking into account the fact that part of the deadline was estimated there for one and a half, when he was in the“ sailor silence ”, in the [Krasnopresnensky transit prison]-he ended in April-May 2021,” says lawyer Ivan Sidorov.
In conclusion, Marcinkevich became interested in Libertarianism and rethought the attitude towards drug users. The convicted person arrived in Krasnoyarsk this winter, and problems began there: his supporters wrote in his channel that he was taken to the hospital for several months, then they are returned to a pre-trial detention center, and lawyers are "letting it in three or four times"-including because of cranial quarantine.
“We will appeal the decisions of the Syktyvkar court in order to recount, as we think, right, and Maxim came out earlier than this period,” wrote the supporters of Tesak in May. “Of course, parole and so on is not shining for him.”
