Eight children were poisoned

Eight children were poisoned by the vapor of chlorine during bathing in the pool in the Frunze district. It is reported by TASS.

According to the Paper in the Health Committee, all eight children have inhalation poisoning in pairs of chlorine. Five was sent to the hospital, two have a slight severity, three in average severity. Three children abandoned hospitalization after they were provided with first medical care

The incident occurred in a private fitness club on Yaroslav Gashek Street. According to the source of the agency, an emergency could occur due to a violation of the concentration of chemical reagents in the water of the pool.

The prosecutor's office of the Frunze district has already begun to check together with the employees of the IC and Rospotrebnadzor.

Update. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under an article on the provision of services that do not meet security requirements (part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
